At the KLM Flight Academy we are passionate about pilot training. We were founded in 1946 by the Dutch government to meet the growing demand for pilots in the post-war era. In 1991 the academy was privatized by KLM and continued as the KLM Flight Academy. Being part of KLM Royal Dutch Airlines for over 30 years we know what it takes to train professional pilots.
KLM Flight Academy provides all possible types of Full Flight Simulator training for which we use our simulators at Amsterdam Airport Schiphol. We specialize in type rating training for professional pilots. All our instructors and examiners are seasoned professionals; many of them are retired KLM airline pilots and trainers that can relapse on extensive experience in training and checking.
In addition to Type Rating Training, we can also provide MCC training, revalidation/renewals and grading training.
